Remember you can run the factory Suzuki injection, injectors, rails, ECU and tune it on a dyno with just a Power Commander. Turned out my stock Suzuki throttle bodies were larger than the ones Radical fits.

What I did was get the whole "car kit", then have Neal at Apex Speed do the harness, the water/oil sensors were on the swirl pot and dry sump tank anyway so it was just a matter of the tach and he made that work...I even figured out the jumper setup to change from the Kawasaki calibration to Suzuki.

The relatively complex part is you have to change to a high-pressure fuel system. I documented some of this in my engine-swap post but what I did was to install the factory suzuki high-pressure pump in-cell (replacing the low-pressure pump) and that pump was in a Slosh box (necessary to prevent fuel starvation in turns). Then I had the fuel lines to the fuel rail and a return line with the pressure regulator (a nice aftermarket one) on that end.

I never had any issues with that system EXCEPT it required a GOOD fuel filter and I ended up with a big-ole FRAM Mustang fuel filter. The other "racing" filters I tried didn't filter small particles and they'd clog the injectors and create a misfire. After installing the FRAM filter, never had an issue again.

However you do injection, you need 60psi of fuel pressure and a return line to the fuel cell and that is the most fiddly part. Many people pump from the cell with the low-pressure pump into an external "box" that has the high-pressure pump. I had the full-width fuel cell and decided simpler was better and just did it all in-cell.
